We are proud to work with tradeswomen's associations and bureaus, federal and regional branches of government, universities, workers, and unions. We see effective policy as being that which meets the needs of all people involved, and we will continue to work towards ensuring enforcement of standards and policies set forth to increase women's participation and retention in the construction trades.
